Cancellation Policy
At Carman's Canines, we understand that plans can change, and we are committed to being as flexible as possible to meet your needs. Our priority is to provide the best care for your dog, and we dedicate a lot of time and effort to delivering top-quality services. However, we hope you understand that last-minute changes to our schedules result in increased admin and lost income. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below.
Dog Walking, Training & Home Visits​

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at the full amount of the scheduled service.

Overnight Boarding and Day Care

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fee.

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee.

Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at the full amount of the scheduled service.
